My mom and sister come into town today.
I’m excited to see them and to spend Christmas with them. I wish my other sister could be here too, but I think we will be Skyping her tomorrow, so that will have to do. I even bought gifts for them! Yesterday I went snowboarding for the first time.
And today I am SOOO sore. A friend from work and I went to work at noon, got sent home by 12:03 and were up at Mt. Charleston hitting the slopes by 2pm. We only got a few hours in, but it was all I needed for a first try. I’ve skied before, but never snowboarded.
